Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a form of mental health treatment and trauma therapy. Many people have experienced severe trauma; in childhood, adulthood, or both. Traumatic events are often retained in both the mind and the body, making it difficult to function, often resulting in flashbacks. EMDR can help to minimize the flashbacks, improving quality of life.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talk therapy that can be used to enhance EMDR treatment, by helping to change the way you think and behave.

Adult Attentional Deficits (ADD) can be helped! The typical symptoms include being easily distracted, difficulty paying attention and a seemingly poor memory. It is often described as the inability to maintain goal-directed concentration. This makes it difficult to complete a thought or intended action.
